Gingerbread - Le rucher du Barrois

From Montsaugeon to Chateauvillain, the 480 hives of the Barrois apiary are spread over a 50km perimeter around the honey house, based in Arc-en-Barrois.
Sébastien Huvig is the manager of the farm Le rucher du Barrois. He is also president of the Haute-Marne beekeeping health protection group (GDSA 52).
Producer and transformer, the honey is put into jars and the confectionery is made in the honey house. Gingerbread is made in the laboratory of a bakery in Châteauvillain.
The products are sold in grocery stores, producer's stores, collective restaurants...
The products offered are :
- Spring flower honey, all flowers, forest, lime and acacia
- Lid wax
- Royal jelly, pollen and propolis
- Gingerbread, nougat and marshmallow with honey
