Albert Douchy is a market gardener in Grizac on the commune of Pont de Monvert South Mon Lozère.

He grows a wide variety of vegetables of the four seasons, mostly according to the principles of permaculture, including some ancient varieties. He transforms the products of his wild and fruit harvests.

The marketing is done in direct sale on the market of Pont de Montvert South Mont Lozere, on Wednesday. Albert's products can also be found in three stores in Le Pont: Art de vie, La Sout des Cévennes and Cévennes in the box, as well as Biojour in Florac-Trois-Rivières.

Albert also participates in gastronomic fairs and festivities such as the black bee festival and the Florac soup festival.
