Milk and grass-fed lamb - La Clé des Champs

Like the farms of the Causse, the farm is characterized by the importance of its pastoral surfaces (510 ha). These surfaces are grazed by nearly 200 ewes of the Blanche du Massif Central breed. The ewes give birth in February-March and from April, they go out with their lambs on the moors.

From this date on, the first lambs are sold as milk lambs and then as grass lambs. Bruno and Valerie also raise cattle and poultry.
