Teas from the Labyrinth En-Champ-Thé

Did you know that France's leading tea producer is located on La
Reunion Island? White tea, green tea, plain or flavored tea... Le Labyrinthe en Champ Thé offers you a wide range of teas, produced locally and without chemicals.

When Johny and his wife Emmanuelle bought a plot of land to grow plants in Grand Coude, they had no idea they would be growing tea. They discovered this forest of wild tea bushes and decided to get rid of them first.

It was a bitter failure, but it gave them an idea: what if, instead of fighting tea, they actually produced it?

Today, the couple are developing their Reunion organic tea and regularly experimenting with new varieties. Driven by a desire to share their knowledge, Johny and Emmanuelle help other farmers to try their hand. Come and taste their delicious black, green... and white teas with their thousand and one flavors!

The range of products benefiting from the Esprit Parc national is made up of :

  • Plain green tea
  • Flavored green tea
  • White tea

Located in Grand Coude on Reunion Island, Le Labyrinthe En-Champ-Théled by Louis Johny Guichard, is France's leading organic tea producer.

From guided tours to product discovery (white tea, green tea, essential oils...), enjoy a gourmet experience that will delight your eyes and taste buds!

When I took over the farm, it was to grow geraniums. The geranium we planted was destroyed every year by the cyclone. And of course, the tea plant had been there since 1955. What we wanted to do was to try and bring Reunion tea up to date. And today, we want to preserve this culture.

All visitors to the labyrinth at Grand Coude will be able to enjoy a complimentary tea. It will be a very good tea! And of course, it's a natural product.

Today, what's marked National Park spirit is tea: white tea and green tea. We also make flavored tea and geranium essential oils, which are also branded.

This value, Eprit parc nationalis really a village spirit. Today, our tea, which Emmanuel, myself and the children produce, is really a story that we share with the village and with everyone.
