Get to know the National Forest Park Clotilde and Benoît Lécuyer, beekeepers Les Ruchers de Darbois

Clotilde and Benoît's operation is based on a farm that houses a certified organic honey house.

It has 267 hives, all of which are located in communes belonging to the National Forest Park, within a 25 km radius of Buncey.

We've been farming organically in the Châtillonnais region for 5 years. We have set up our hives in the protected environment of the National Forest Park, which offers our bees an exceptional setting, notably for its varied flora.

We process our honey entirely cold, and offer a range of honeys and combinations of honey and aromatic plants (such as agastache, thymcitron, hyssop...), as well as gingerbread.
