Ecrins National Park
"We feel the usefulness of what we do. The short circuits are the heart of our project."

Located in the Haut-Champsaur in the Ecrins National Park, the "Ferme des Cabrioles" is an organic goat farm where Julien Kaquet is associated with Chloé Gond and Gildas Céleste.

At an altitude of 1700 m in the commune of Orcières, their production stamped Esprit parc national - Ecrins includes :

  • goat's milk,
  • a wide range of farmhouse goat cheeses made from whole raw milk: fresh, matured, tommes...
  • vanilla and chocolate dessert creams.

Farming is a job where you can't not be passionate. We adapt ourselves because we want to progress, because we want our farm to evolve.

We feel the usefulness of what we do. The short circuits are the heart of our project... There is a will of the people to supply themselves locally, in bio, at correct price with the desire to encourage these small farms which make the link between the consumer and the producer".
