Located in the heart of the National Forest Park and close to many tourist sites, this imposing 19th century property includes two independent villas with a park of 17,400m2 of trees and enclosed without opposite. Entirely renovated, the two houses that make up the property have a revisited "Belle Époque" charm, each with its own identity. It is possible to rent jointly the "Villa 1892" and the "Villa des Promenades" and thus to take advantage of the entire property which can accommodate 20 people. The whole is called "Les Villas du Parc en Bourgogne".
The Villas du Parc in Burgundy have been open to guests since 2018.
The location is privileged and the atmosphere is charming, rural and relaxing. The houses were built at the end of the 19th century and the property holds small architectural treasures that will be revealed to you.
"My dearest wish is to make beautiful encounters with clients of all origins and to share these Villas, my objects and personal furniture with the visitors, to propose quality equipment (French bedding, bed linen from the Vosges, efficient household equipment, appropriate furnishing fabrics, sanitary facilities of beautiful range, etc.) and to provide a quality service with the details that characterize it. A very complete welcome booklet is proposed to prepare the stay and to appropriate the place from the arrival. There is a large choice of unusual or classic visits on the themes of nature, heritage, gastronomy and oenology.

The Haute-Côte d'Or has many places of interest and is a great starting point for visits to Chablis, Beaune and Champagne.
You will appreciate from the property :
- bike rides (provided on request) in the beautiful forests of the Châtillonnais region,
- the numerous walks and hikes in the Ource Valley, tributary of the Seine,
- mountain bike trails.
The village of Vanvey, with several classified sites, is in the heart of the National Forest Park. The Crémant de Bourgogne road and its vineyards are also nearby. A Michelin star restaurant is nearby.
In a close radius, you will appreciate to visit :
- the abbeys of Fontenay, Auberive and Val des Choues,
- the Romanesque churches of Saint-Vorles and Saint-Phal (Nathalie can provide a guided tour of the latter),
- the Castle of Montigny sur Aube,
- the Pays Châtillonnais Museum-Treasure of Vix,
- or the Museopark-Alesia.
