Located in the heart of the National Forest Park and close to many tourist sites, this imposing 19th century property includes two independent villas with a park of 17,400m2 of trees and enclosed without opposite. Entirely renovated, the two houses that make up the property have a revisited "Belle Époque" charm, each with its own identity. It is possible to rent jointly the "Villa 1892" and the "Villa des Promenades" and thus to take advantage of the entire property which can accommodate 20 people. The whole is called "Les Villas du Parc en Bourgogne".

The Villas du Parc in Burgundy have been open to guests since 2018.

The location is privileged and the atmosphere is charming, rural and restful. The houses were built at the end of the 19th century and the property conceals small architectural treasures that will be revealed to you.

"My dearest wish is to meet guests of all origins and to share these Villas, my personal objects and furnishings with visitors, to offer quality equipment (French bedding, bed linen from the Vosges, high-performance household equipment, appropriate furnishing fabrics, top-of-the-range sanitary facilities, etc.) and to provide a quality service with the details that characterize it. The entire property has been preserved and retains its special atmosphere. The service is officially qualified 5*****."

The Haute-Côte d'Or region has many points of interest and is a great starting point for visits to Chablis, Beaune and Champagne.

From the property you can enjoy

bike rides (provided on request) in the beautiful forests of the Châtillonnais region,
numerous walks and hikes in the Ource Valley, a tributary of the Seine,
mountain bike trails.

The village of Vanvey, with several listed sites, is right in the heart of the National Forest Park. The Crémant de Bourgogne route and its vineyards are also nearby. A Michelin-starred restaurant is nearby.

In the immediate vicinity, you'll enjoy visiting :

the abbeys of Fontenay, Auberive and Val des Choues,
the Romanesque churches of Saint-Vorles and Saint-Phal (Nathalie can provide guided tours of the latter),
the Château de Montigny sur Aube,
the Musée du Pays Châtillonnais-Trésor de Vix,
or the Muséoparc-Alesia.

Located in the heart of the Parc National de Forêts, in Vanvey, Côte-d'Or, Nathalie Pierre's Les Villas du Parc en Bourgogne is an imposing ^19th-century property. Two detached villas are nestled in a park planted with century-old trees.

I'm originally from Châtillonnais, and my family has lived here since the Dukes of Burgundy, so my attachment to the area is strong.
My tourist accommodation is rated 5 stars and has been awarded several distinctions, including the Esprit parc nationallabel, which is very close to my heart. I signed up very quickly and was stamped in 2020. For me, it's a guarantee that I'm in tune with the region.
Previously, Les Villas du Parc in Burgundy consisted of two houses owned by the same person. I chose to transform them into tourist accommodation because I found a heritage interest in this small property, which is typical of the bourgeois, rural properties of the late ^19th century.
Of course, visitors have high expectations of this type of accommodation. We're well aware that you need to have a highly developed sense of hospitality, especially when you want a personalized welcome, a welcome that provides real added value for visitors.
The aim is also to introduce visitors to the riches of this exceptional region, and to choose Les Villas du Parc en Bourgogne as a base.
