First dive day to discover the rocks and underwater landscapes of the Bay of Cavalaire and the 3 Caps

Live a unique experience underwater and discover new sensations with family or friends!

After some basic knowledge of the underwater environment and safety instructions, you are ready to dive. With your instructor, you will discover the sensations of moving in weightlessness, breathing underwater, fauna and flora and many other surprises await you from the surface to 6 m deep.

Paddle quietly, open your eyes wide, magic guaranteed!

When you come back from diving, you can enjoy a hot or cold drink according to your wishes.

After your first dive, the adventure doesn't stop there! Other activities will be available throughout the day: snorkeling, paddling or relaxing on the sun deck? The choice is yours! In a warm atmosphere and an exceptional setting, your lunch will be served after having been carefully prepared with local products.

Equipment provided. Please bring your bathing suit, towel and sun cream.

All year round, 12 participants maximum. (Outing carried out with a minimum of 5 people on board).

This trip is accessible to everyone from 8 years old.

The trip is adaptable for all types of disabilities. The boat has a jib for launching and a ladder to go up. The supervisors have followed the FFESSM handisub training, module EH2 (major handicap). A medical certificate of absence of contra-indication to the underwater activity is required.
