I will take you to the heart of the Massif des Cerces, to discover these majestic animals that are the ibex.
You will be immersed in the serenity of the place and its history... and you will learn to observe the wild fauna in its living space.
Observations with the long sight so as not to disturb them and put them in danger during the winter.

Rachel is a mountain leader and Hatha Yoga teacher, she makes the mountains her natural and philosophical home. Practicing Yoga since she was 11 years old and in love with beautiful mountains, she proposes to reveal their magic to you here.

Through beautiful hikes, she shares her knowledge of alpine geology (Alpine geology instructor for the Centre Briançonnais de Géologie Alpine), as well as the fauna, flora and legends of the Hautes Alpes and the valley.

She will also be pleased to introduce you to Hatha Yoga and to the conscious walking "a step towards oneself...".

A gourmet break is offered at each outing.
