Under the celestial vault, we will leave for a magnificent snowshoe walk in the heart of the Ecrins National Park. A perfect opportunity to awaken your senses and to let yourself be carried away by the sounds of the mountain at night. To end this excursion in beauty, I propose a pause for a tasting of local products and the telling of wonderful legends, observations of the constellations... and other surprises.

Rachel is a mountain guide and Hatha Yoga teacher, she makes the mountains her natural and philosophical home. Practicing Yoga since she was 11 years old and in love with beautiful mountains, she proposes to reveal their magic to you here.

Through beautiful hikes, she shares her knowledge of alpine geology (Alpine geology instructor for the Centre Briançonnais de Géologie Alpine), as well as the fauna, flora and legends of the Hautes Alpes and the valley.

She will also be happy to introduce you to Hatha Yoga and to the conscious walking "a step towards oneself...".
