Under the celestial vault, we will leave for a magnificent snowshoe walk in the heart of the Ecrins National Park. A perfect opportunity to awaken your senses and to let yourself be carried away by the sounds of the mountain at night. To end this excursion in beauty, I propose a pause for a tasting of local products and the telling of wonderful legends, observations of the constellations... and other surprises.
Rachel is a mountain guide and Hatha Yoga teacher, who makes the mountains her natural and philosophical home. A yoga practitioner since the age of 11 and a lover of beautiful mountains, this is where she invites you to discover their magic.
Through beautiful hikes, she shares her knowledge of alpine geology (Alpine geology lecturer for the Centre Briançonnais de Géologie Alpine), as well as the fauna, flora and legends of the Hautes Alpes and the valley.
She'll also be delighted to introduce you to Hatha Yoga and mindful walking "un pas vers soi...".
