We harvest birch sap in the Champsaur valley (Hautes-Alpes) at over 1000m altitude, at the gateway to the Massif des Écrins.

Birch sap promotes the body's natural drainage. It has a revitalizing and remineralizing effect. It is consumed as a cure in spring and autumn, at a rate of 6 to 8 cl per day for 3 weeks.

100% pasteurized birch sap is packaged in 2-liter bottles. Available all year depending on stocks.
