Sophie Jaussaud has been a market gardener for several years in Ancelle in the Champsaur valley, with the help of her companion (organic baker) and seasonal workers. Sale at the farm and on the local markets.
"We have adapted to the specificities of this mountain territory, our vegetables draw all their tastes from it. We also transform them to create savory or sweet pies

Sale at the farm on Wednesdays from 5pm to 7pm, on the markets of Pont du Fossé on Friday morning and Ancelle on Sunday morning.
