Laurence is an organic market gardener in Bédoues, in a preserved environment on the banks of the Tarn river. She grows many vegetables and some fruits all year long with the help of her donkeys and chickens.
In 2014, Laurence changed her life by trading in the tailor and the company car for boots and a tractor. Her production is certified organic with more than 40 species for over a hundred varieties. Laurence produces most of her plants that she offers for sale in the spring.
From old tomatoes of all sizes, shapes and colors (about 20 varieties) to potatoes, salads, zucchinis, carrots, leeks, squash (10 types to brighten up your winters), radishes, cabbages, beans, onions, garlic ..... without forgetting parsley, basil, chives, but also melons and some other fruits.
The soil is amended with the manure of her horses and chickens because Laurence is in permanent search of a greater autonomy.
