The Château de Montigny-sur-Aube, located in the National Forest Park, is an exceptional place where culture and heritage are combined with horticulture and market gardening.
Hidden behind its high walls covered with multiple varieties of fruit trees in espaliers of various shapes, the orchards and vegetable gardens bring together a collection of some 350 varieties of fruit and vegetables, all organically grown.
