The castle of Montigny-sur-Aube invites you to "A La Table Des Jardiniers". A restaurant offer (only during the day) which, in the good season, settles in the fig grove or on the terrace of the Orangery and proposes to taste the production of the orchards and vegetable gardens of the castle.
The 19th century orchards and gardens of the castle of Montigny-sur-Aube are an essential part of the Châtillonnais region, a few steps away from the National Forest Park and classified as Remarkable Gardens of France.
From an exceptional inventory of fruit, vegetable and aromatic varieties, you have the possibility to taste in an exceptional setting organic products revisited by our chef at the farm-auberge "A La Table Des Jardiniers".
He will propose you his "Freshness Box" elaborated from our harvest of fruits and vegetables, his "dessert of the day" and his sorbets
