La Clef de Fer is located in the Cévennes of Lozère at 605 meters of altitude, surrounded by a multi-centenary chestnut grove.
In the heart of the Cevennes valleys, the Clef de Fer offers its range of fresh chestnuts produced in Organic Agriculture. The cultivated varieties are the Pelligrine, the Figarette and the Dauphine. Raspberries and wild berries (cade, blackberries, rose hips) are also sold in short circuits.

- Amanite des Césars or Oronge because orange, raw in carpaccio or cooked, you will sink into ecstasy!
