The Jardin Bio de Vaillant is a Jardin d'Insertion par l'Activité Economique: it allows the return to work of people who are unemployed or facing social difficulties. You need vegetables? We need work. Together, let's cultivate solidarity!

The Jardin Bio de Vaillant is a market garden farm employing 14 people. The fruits and vegetables are produced in organic agriculture on 3 plots in Vaillant and Esnoms-au-Val for a total of almost 2Ha mainly in open field.

The sale is essentially done in the form of weekly baskets to be withdrawn in deposit points, sale at the production site (Guy Jannaud solidarity space) and collective catering.
