The project was created by Charlaine, conscious of our impact on the environment, sensitive to anti-waste, craftsmanship, local and ethical wonders.
The small "Herbes Folles" enterprise is located in Roure in the Tinée valley, in the Mercantour National Park.
Combining canning and processing, while at the same time developing actions to raise environmental awareness: upgrading forgotten foods to promote local products, the circular economy and proximity.
