Ecrins National Park
Condiments from La P'tite bête du Champsaur : ketchup, chutney, pickles

The educational garden "Le P'tite bête du Champsaur" has been specially designed to teach children to garden. It is cultivated naturally on a 200m² plot in a small mountain village at the entrance of the Ecrins National Park. Local sale.

The fruits and vegetables contained in the products are all from the garden and planted with care by the children.

  • the products are prepared in an artisanal way: jams made in a cauldron, vegetables picked up by hand.
  • the vegetables are produced without pesticides or chemical fertilizers in an area designed to promote biodiversity. The complementary products used in their manufacture are mostly organically grown (sugar, lemon...).

Fruits and vegetables in production: gherkins, zucchinis, tomatoes, onions, blackcurrants, cherries, currants, strawberries, raspberries.

Among the products stamped Esprit parc national - Ecrins we find the chutney, zucchini pickles and ketchup-tomato cocci soup.

Opening periods :

  • mid-April to mid-July
  • early September to mid-October
