Pestos and coulis - Les jardins de Grizac

This is natural agriculture at the service of the living. Located in the hills above Pont de Montvert, Albert's farm offers a wide range of fruit and vegetables, including ancient varieties. He works according to permaculture principles, using manual labor and no chemicals.

Processed products include tomato coulis, green tomato chutney and wild garlic pesto.

Albert also takes part in gastronomic fairs and festivities such as the Fête de l'abeille noire and the Fête de la soupe in Florac.
