He grows a wide variety of vegetables of the four seasons, mostly according to the principles of permaculture, including some ancient varieties. He transforms the products of his wild and fruit harvests.

The production is local and natural. The work is manual, without chemical products.

Processed products: rhubarb and berry syrups, apple juice, St. John's wort oil macerate, calendula and herbal teas.

The marketing is done in direct sale on the market of Pont de Montvert South Mont Lozere, on Wednesday. You can also find Albert's products in three stores in Le Pont: Art de vie, La Sout des Cévennes and Cévennes in the box, as well as Biojour in Florac-Trois-Rivières.

Albert also participates in gastronomic fairs and festivities such as the black bee festival and the Florac soup festival.
