Fresh fruit and vegetables - Les jardins de Grizac

An exceptional territory, we are fortunate to grow our vegetables in an unspoilt environment, free from human pollution, where nature conservation and sustainable agriculture live in harmony.

Nevertheless, we face a number of challenges that make our activity a unique adventure and a rich learning experience: the scarcity of water resources during the summer months, when summers are increasingly hot; the harshness of the mid-mountain climate, which makes our harvesting period short and intense; and the temperature variations that require us to be attentive to our crops, all of which flourish in open fields.

Fruits and vegetables sold fresh:

Blackcurrants, currants, blackberries, rosehips, elderberries, chestnuts, nashis, plums, wild garlic, tomatoes, carrots, onions, cabbages, leeks, beans, beets...

Albert also takes part in gastronomic fairs and festivities such as the Fête de l'abeille noire and the Fête de la soupe de Florac.
