Diversified market gardening in Grizac
Albert Douchy grows a wide variety of four-season vegetables, largely according to permaculture principles, including some heirloom varieties. He processes the products of his wild and fruit harvests.
Production is local and natural. We work by hand, without chemicals.
Fruits and vegetables sold fresh:
Blackcurrants, currants, blackberries, rosehips, elderberries, chestnuts, nashis, plums, wild garlic, tomatoes, carrots, onions, cabbages, leeks, beans, beet...
Albert also takes part in gastronomic fairs and festivities such as the Fête de l'abeille noire and the Fête de la soupe de Florac.
