The Hautes Terres gardens are located in Chaillol at an altitude of 1450m. Approximately 1,000 species and varieties of plants flourish there without any fertilizer. Don't miss a visit and the direct sale at the farm!
The gardens of the Highlands are installed in Chaillol at 1450m altitude. About 1,000 species and varieties of plants flourish there.
We cultivate a rose garden of 400 old perfume roses, often rare alpine perennials, aromatic plants for dyeing and food production, using animal traction without synthetic fertilizers or chemical treatments
as the seasons go by, you will find different products made with flowers, berries and plants without any artificial additives (rose water, jams, syrups). Guided tours are organized in July and August on Tuesday and Wednesday. In June, September and October, by appointment, practical workshops are offered from spring to fall.
Sale at the farm from Monday to Saturday at 6 pm in July and August, by appointment the rest of the year.
Sale on the markets: Winter in Merlette on Thursday during the vacation period from Christmas to Easter, Summer (July to August) in St Bonnet en Champsaur on Monday, Merlette on Thursday and Pont du Fossé on Friday.
