Nathalie is a mountain leader and a phyto-herbalist. She offers to discover wild plants for medicinal or culinary use during her hiking and product making courses. She makes products based on wild plants, including jams of wild berries and herbal teas for sale in Risoul at the headquarters of the structure or at the gîtes - l'Âne marie, l'Écrin de violette in Fressinières and le Petit Chalet in Ceillac - .

Our ambition: to take care of living things and offer you highly gourmet recipes that respect the local environment.

We produce and process vegetables, plants and fruit grown in the Valgaudemar region. We work as naturally as possible, without the use of chemicals.

We prepare sweet and savory plant-based recipes that we put into jars:

  • Fruit jams,
  • Vegetable spreads,
  • Confits,
  • Chutneys,
  • Pickles,
  • Syrups

This product contains no GMO ingredients or additives.
