Gîtes L'îlot Palmiers

Some of the accommodations have a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea. The hosts have made L'Îlot Palmiers, a landmark for nature lovers...You will be amazed by the large pond fed by a waterfall from which emerge plants of the tropical dry and wet forest. Soon, you will be able to enjoy the scents emanating from the medicinal garden under construction. A guide referencing all the plants and palms present on the site is underway and will be accessible from a digital booklet made available.

Because this big "MABOUYA" (lizard) so nice, and greedy of mosquitoes, reigns here in king, and that its big brothers the iguanas wait for you on the island of the Saintes in 1 hour of boat from here ....

Mabouya is the bunglow for nature lovers.... Here, everything is open...composed of an outdoor kitchenette made of wood (made by a craftsman from Pointe-Noire), a large garden lounge where it is nice to lounge while listening to the birds singing, a bathroom with a view on the outside, a huge shower with pebbles under your feet.... The bungalow is ideal for a couple or for a family of 3 or 4 people (with a sofa bed for the children in the living room).

TI COLIBRI Because the "Colibri" is very present in the domain and this pretty little bird will enchant your breakfasts.

Ti colibri is the bungalow closest to the pool. A large terrace with an outdoor kitchenette all in wood (made in the rules of tradition by a wood craftsman), a garden lounge, relaxation and change of scenery guaranteed. The gite is ideal for a couple, or a couple and a small child.

TOULOULOU Because you will often meet this little "TOULOULOU" (bright red land crab) on the beaches; it is very cute with its big dark spot on the back. It digs galleries in the shade of the mangrove and coconut trees. Cross the small wooden bridge, open the door....

Welcome to the Touloulou bungalow, nestled between volcanic rocks, it is the bungalow of lovers... It is a small cozy nest, overlooking the park, and with a view of the pool, the terrace invites you to relax; in the shade of royal palms, the only sounds that will disturb the silence, are those of a benevolent nature that asks only to be discovered..

TWA KARET Because the Pigeon islet is 15 minutes away, and you can admire the 20 karets (turtles) that live there all year long..

It is the most spacious bungalow of the Ilot Palmiers with its 70m² (including an independent suite of 15m²), its large covered terrace of 40m². You will be able to have your meals while contemplating the Caribbean Sea. With its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, TWA KARET can accommodate 8 people. An independent suite with its own bathroom can accommodate 2 additional people (on request only and according to availability). A garden lounge awaits you on the terrace to sip a ti punch while admiring the sunset, to rest from a day of hiking, or from your excursion to the Saut d'Acomat. Built in ironwood, and in the purest Creole tradition, the TWA KARET bungalow has been designed to make your stay an unforgettable moment.

In our bungalows, we exhibit creations made with natural, local or recycled products, and made by local craftsmen, notably those of KAZ'ART NATURE (gourds, driftwood, seed jewelry ...) and those of LABEL'REKUP (painted vinyl, macramé ...).
