Bioenergy nature hike

On the program, a day hike mixing bioenergy teachings, practices/exercises as well as the discovery of our natural heritage, in the heart of the Parc des Ecrins. Bioenergy takes its meaning in the link with life, the living and the vital phenomena of living beings.

This day will be an opportunity to explore our body and its vital energy. At the same time, we will take Mother Nature as a learning ground and example.
