Right in the heart of the Parc national de la Réunion and accessible only on foot, the cirque de Mafate is a real paradise for hikers. In the company of Amandine, a mountain guide, experience the magic of Mafate! Ford rivers and hike along mountainside paths, following in the footsteps of fugitive slaves and discovering sumptuous landscapes.
Meet at 7:30 a.m. at the Rivière des Galets village church, where a 4x4 cab from Rivière des Galets will take you after 9 km of track to Deux Bras. Return to Deux Bras via Rivière des Galets.

5-hour outing suitable for adults in good physical condition and families with children aged 7 and over, scheduled from June 1 to December 31.
- Minimum number of participants required: 4

Equipment required :
- at least 1.5L of water,
- hiking boots,
- good sun/mosquito protection,
- rain jacket,
- light fleece,
- snacks and picnic.
Walking sticks are recommended (can be loaned subject to availability).
