Hiking Maïdo - La Glacière

While going along the edge of the Mafate rampart *, you will discover the particular ecosystem of the planèze (volcanic plateau) of the Grand Bénare before going down on the site of the Glacière, witness of the history of slavery in Reunion Island

Minimum number of participants required : 4

Maximum number of participants required: 8

Departure at 8 am.

Equipment to bring :

• at least 1,5L of water,
• hiking shoes,
• a good sun and mosquito protection,
• a rain jacket,
• a light fleece,
• snacks and picnic.

Walking sticks are recommended (can be lent according to availability).
