Facing the glaciers of the Meije, the Col du Lautaret is the ideal place to learn ski touring. For all those who feel like enjoying the mountain in freedom!
I ski regularly in resorts and I have a taste for effort but now I want to learn to ski on skins, to admire the wild landscapes, to reach a pass or a summit and to ski down far from the crowd. To all those who feel the same impulse, this outing is made for you!
Target audience: families with children from 14 years old, adults, children without parents from 14 years old, schoolchildren from the 4th grade.
Languages spoken: French, English.
Material and equipment :
- to be provided by the participants: clothes adapted to winter, anorak, hat, sunglasses, gloves, small backpack with drink, picnic.
- equipment provided and/or made available: complete ski touring equipment: skis, skins, poles, boots, DVA.
