The products:

• Fromage blanc: creamy and tasty, fromage blanc is appreciated for its light taste and digestive qualities, the result of being made from raw goat's milk.
• Faisselle: drained fromage blanc, known for its pronounced lactic flavor and tangy notes, as well as its moist, light and slightly grainy texture.
• Crottin de chèvre (plain or spicy): available as fresh, semi-fresh, semi-dry or dry, this small lactic-type cheese is a must-have among goat cheeses.
• Cabrigan: a lactic-type cheese, this small ashy triangle will surprise you with its fresh texture and creamy texture
• Cabrier: morbier-type goat cheese.
• Cabrichon: reblochon-type goat cheese
• Capricéa: Mont d'or-type goat's cheese
• Cabriclette: raclette-type goat cheese
• Tomme de chèvre

All products are sold direct from the farm or on a short distribution circuit (April 1 to October 31).
