Eric has lived in the Cevennes for more than thirty years. He has a secondary agricultural activity at Mas de Lay. The creation of this small agricultural enterprise is the fruit of an old project to be a farmer in the Cevennes...

The nearly 2-hectare chestnut grove benefits from a favorable ubac exposure and rich, deep soils that enable it to withstand summer drought and fungal attacks.

Yields are low, but the chestnuts, rich in aroma and sugar, ensure the production of products much appreciated by connoisseurs...

The products are grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Mineral nutrition is provided by compost.

Chestnuts are transformed in a collective workshop in the Cévennes region into a delicious chestnut cream.

Direct sales: on the farm, at markets and fairs, and in camping groceries and local produce stores in Anduze
