And regularly, Susan and Serge welcome hikers for a tasting session of trantsa, a local specialty made of serac and rye bread, which gave its name to the farm. In winter, "Raquette Nature" offers snowshoe outings with a visit to the farm. In summer, the Bureau des Guides des Belleville takes over.
Located in the village of Le Châtelard, "La Trantsa" sells the farm's products every day. Visits and snacks at the farm are also offered on Tuesdays during the winter season and on Thursdays during the summer season.
