We cultivate a rose garden of 400 old perfume roses, often rare alpine perennials, aromatic dyeing plants and food plants, using animal traction without synthetic fertilizers or chemical treatments
as the seasons go by, you will find different products made with flowers, berries and plants without any artificial additives (rose water, jams, syrups). Guided tours are organized in July and August on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In June, September and October by appointment, practical workshops are offered from spring to fall.
Sale at the farm from Monday to Saturday at 6 pm in July and August, by appointment the rest of the year.
Sale on the markets: Winter in Merlette on Thursday during the vacation period from Christmas to Easter, Summer (July to August) in St Bonnet en Champsaur on Monday, Merlette on Thursday and Pont du Fossé on Friday.
