The gardens of the Highlands are installed in Chaillol at 1450m altitude. Approximately 1,000 species and varieties of plants flourish there without fertilizer. Guided tours for the curious and sales at the farm for the greedy!
The Hautes Terres gardens are located in Chaillol at an altitude of 1450m. Around 1,000 species and varieties of plants flourish here.
We cultivate a rose garden of 400 old perfume roses, often rare alpine perennials, aromatic dye plants and food plants, using animal traction and without synthetic fertilizers or chemical treatments.
As the seasons go by, you'll find a range of products made from flowers, berries and plants without any artificial additives (rose water, jams, syrups). Guided tours are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in July and August. In June, September and October by appointment hands-on workshops are offered.
