The emphasis is on local produce and homemade dishes.
Three apprentices accompany him in the dining room and kitchen. Passing on and learning are part of the company's DNA. The whole team participates in their training.
On the menu are 2 or 3 unmissable mountain specialties and local products, such as potato pie, cabbage pie, rissoles and faranchin crozets.
