In the heart of the Ecrins National Park, a magnificent circuit, which allows to discover three of the most beautiful lakes of the Ecrins massif. This loop offers an intimate access to the heights of Dormillouse by the meadows, the only inhabited village in the heart of the Ecrins National Park inaccessible by car. And why not spend the night in the gîte de l'Ecole, to shorten the hike of the next day?
A magnificent wild and cultural hike, which retraces the life of yesteryear and the incredible history of the Vaudois, who came to take refuge in Dormillouse.
