Lake of the Douche in Snowshoes

A superb mountain lake in a valley that becomes wild again in winter, at the foot of the Glacier du Casset and Mont des Agneaux.

Along the Petit Tabac, a tumultuous glacial torrent rising from the heights, we create our trail winding through a magnificent larch forest. The occasional chamois can be seen.

Once at the lake, the view of the Glacier du Casset will not leave us indifferent.
