A discovery for all those who want to run in the mountains. A fun and friendly learning of the basics of trail running. Punctuated by breaks, a unique way to discover the mountain and its riches: fauna, flora, glaciology, human environment, the Écrins National Park...

A beautiful panoramic route at altitude between the Cerces and Écrins mountains.

Duration: 3h to 3h30

Difference in altitude: 500m depending on option

Target audience: 14 to 67 years old Prices: Adult: 40€ Child (14-21 years): 30€ Group (6 people) 160€ Family package (2 adults + 2 children): 120€ Payment by cheque or cash

Important additional information: This outing is aimed at people in good physical condition with occasional running experience (2 to 3 sessions per week of around 1 hour) on flat and/or hilly terrain. Experience of mountain hiking is preferable. Able to walk 2h to 3h and up to 600m of ascent/descent per day.
