Follow Elodie's footsteps for a yoga session in the pine forest followed by a hike to reach the deep calanque of Sormiou and meditate to the sound of the waves.
On the program:
Yoga session in the pine forest near the parking of Morgiou.
Beginning of the walk on the tourist path to the crossroads and break at the mirador.
Vegan tasting with herbal tea or lemonade/syrup of scrubland.
Descent into the calanque of Sormiou, picnic on the beach.
Return by the ascent of the pass of Cortiou to finish by a walk along the crest.

Practical information:
Yoga is suitable for all levels. It allows us to gently awaken our whole body, improve our concentration and our feeling in communion with nature.
The hike is enhanced with botanical and historical comments and various anecdotes about the myths and legends of Provence.
