Located in the mountains of Champsaur, the farm produces tasty lambs, from local breeds that graze all summer on the Vieux Chaillol mountain pasture between 1800 and 2800m altitude, and are Label rouge certified. Do not hesitate to order by phone !
Located in the Champsaur mountains, the farm produces tasty lambs from local breeds that graze all summer on the Vieux Chaillol mountain pasture between 1800 and 2800m altitude, and at the farm at 1150m the rest of the year. The lambs are raised according to the Sisteron lamb label. We try to be as close as possible to the natural rhythms of the animals.
The product is presented in packages of 6 to 7kg, possibly vacuum-packed, i.e. 1/2 lamb cut per box.
