Popeye's teas and infusions

On the slopes of Piton Cabri, in La Plaine-des-Palmistes, Pascal Picard, aka "Popeye", has turned to agroforestry. For the past 30 years, this former ox guide has been surveying the volcano's massif, and today he grows tea without the use of chemicals. A connoisseur of native flora, Popeye is involved in the replanting of several species on his plot: yellow flowers, lean wood, ambaville... which are then carefully harvested so as not to impact the natural environment.
