Open your eyes, look for the mouflon on the Aigoual massif

Equipped with binoculars and optics at your disposal, you observe the activities of the mouflon. This experience without difficulty, leads you in the imposing landscape of the massif of Aigoual - at 1 300 m of altitude - in the heart of the National Park of Cevennes, guided by a guide of medium mountain.

After a presentation of the life of the mouflon (slide show), you will leave for the adventure, by opting for carpooling, only a few kilometers away. You will then walk through the habitat of the mouflon and, with a bit of luck, will be able to observe some.

This outing is accessible to a family in good condition (children from 7 years old).

Effective walking time: 1 hour.

Difference in altitude: +/-100 meters

The outing is scheduled on Tuesday or Thursday, in case of bad weather on Tuesday.

A smartphone adapter will allow you to photograph and film the mouflons through the scope, leaving with a nice souvenir.

Walking shoes, drink, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, waterproof or warm clothing depending on the weather, picnic, binoculars or spyglass if you have them.
