Processed fruit - Saveurs du Castanet

Camille took over the family land and chose to become a farmer. The farm is mainly castaneic (fresh chestnuts, jams, natural chestnuts, chestnuts, flour ...), with some products based on red fruits or figs ...

She strives to keep alive the memories of her great-grandparents working in the Castanet chestnut grove, and to perpetuate their know-how: caring for the "bread tree", preparing for the seasons and processing the fruit.

The heartfelt products they make are more than just jams, flours or chestnuts; they pass on a history, a heritage and emotions. Local, ethical and organic production.

Camille is committed to the "Châtaigne des Cévennes" collective initiative.

Processing is carried out in a shared workshop.

Les Saveurs du Castanet products can be purchased from the online boutique.
