Since 2007, Tom Rafing has been offering whitewater and calm water activities on the Gave de Pau, as well as various lakes and rivers in the French and Spanish Pyrenees.

With outings such as "Comme un Desman dans l'eau", rafts become a silent and ecological means of travel. From users of an environment, participants and instructors become actors of its preservation.

I have always thought that paddle sports and those who practice them with respect could make a difference and spread positive messages in favor of the environment, especially to young people. The advantage of whitewater activities is that, in addition to being fun, they take place in the heart of a unique and vulnerable environment.

We live the river, we feel it, we share it together and that forces respect. The ideas pass almost by themselves, with the liking of the rapids, by other means than the intellect. No one wants to navigate in the middle of plastic waste, nor harm the fauna or flora.
