Cévennes National Park
With Esprit parc national, I produce organic wines, rooted in their terroir and respectful of nature

Located in Monoblet, facing the two emblematic mountains of the Cévennes foothills - Roquette and Saint-Chamant - the GAEC du Sollier has been perpetuating committed family viticulture for several generations. Today, Thomas Olivier cultivates the land alongside his father Laurent and brother Nicolas.

Their south-facing hillside vineyard extends over 12 hectares. Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault, Merlot and Sauvignon benefit from a limestone, sandy and draining soil.

I cultivate the land with my father, Laurent, and my brother, Nicolas, using a rigorous approach to soil and grape varieties. The soil is very draining, so if there's a Cevenol episode, the water runs off quickly... There's no humidity, which limits diseases such as mildew.

The estate's fine, expressive wines are certified organic and stamped Esprit Parc National. For Thomas, this recognition makes perfect sense.

With Esprit parc national, we are affirming our desire to produce organic wines, rooted in their terroir and respectful of nature.

Offered directly from the cellar, Le Sollier wines, appreciated for their finesse, embody this rare alliance between family know-how, Cévennes authenticity and preserved biodiversity.
